Welcome to Kahoyaar U! These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations for using our app and services. They form a binding agreement between you and Kahoyaar U ("we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, opening, or using the Kahoyaar U app, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Kahoyaar U is a social platform designed to help you connect, share, and engage with others. Through the Application, we provide you with access to:
We are constantly working to improve your experience. This means the services and features we offer may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
To create an account and use Kahoyaar U, you confirm that:
When you create your Kahoyaar U account, you are limited to one active account for your personal use only. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated as needed. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, and you remain fully accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. We may, from time to time, request that you verify your account information; if you fail to cooperate with such requests or if we determine that you have provided false or misleading information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
Your use of Kahoyaar U is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written consent, you are not permitted to use the app for advertising, solicitation, or any other unauthorized commercial activity. You are also prohibited from scraping, copying, or collecting user data from the platform without explicit permission.
We maintain a firm stance against any form of misuse. Prohibited activities include posting illegal, harmful, abusive, or hateful content; impersonating another person or entity; harassing, bullying, or threatening others; uploading malware, viruses, or any other code designed to disrupt or harm the service; and engaging in or promoting criminal conduct of any kind.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation, which includes, without limitation, the production, distribution, receipt, possession, access to, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as well as any online grooming, enticement, or sexual communication with a minor (defined as any individual under the age of 18).
Users are expressly forbidden from uploading, sharing, transmitting, displaying, or otherwise making available any content, text, images, videos, or links that depict, promote, encourage, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Any user found to violate this policy will face immediate and permanent account termination, without prior notice, and we reserve the right to pursue any additional civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law.
Furthermore, users are obligated to promptly report any suspected CSAE content or behavior that they encounter on our platform through our designated reporting channels; failure to report known violations may also result in account action.
This policy is strictly enforced and is non‑negotiable, reflecting our unwavering commitment to protecting children and upholding legal obligations worldwide.
All content within the Kahoyaar U app—including its underlying code, design, graphics, logos, text, software, and all other materials—is the exclusive property of Kahoyaar U or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. These assets represent significant creative and commercial value, and we take their protection seriously.
In recognition of your use of the app, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the app for your personal enjoyment. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our software or content, unless we have given you our explicit written permission to do so. Any such unauthorized activities constitute a breach of these Terms and an infringement of our rights.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Kahoyaar U. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property may result in legal action, and we reserve the right to enforce our rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
When you post, upload, or share content on Kahoyaar U—whether text, images, or any other material—you are entirely responsible for that content. You confirm that you either own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to share it, and that your content does not infringe upon anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
By posting content on our platform, you grant Kahoyaar U a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, promote, and display your content across our platforms for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting our service. Additionally, you grant other users a limited license to view your content solely through the app for their personal, non-commercial purposes.
We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. When using Kahoyaar U, you agree to abide by the following community standards:
You will not upload, share, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
You will not harass, bully, impersonate, or intimidate other users, nor engage in any form of hate speech or harmful behavior.
You will not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, personal data, or private content.
You will not misuse our reporting, support, or moderation channels — for example, by submitting false or frivolous complaints.
We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content or user account that violates these community standards, with or without prior notice, and to take appropriate action up to and including permanent account suspension.
Kahoyaar U is free to download and use, but we offer optional premium features, subscriptions, or digital items for purchase within the app. All such transactions are processed exclusively through the payment systems of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are therefore subject to the respective terms and conditions of those platforms. We do not handle or store your payment information directly. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases made through the app are final and non-refundable, and by completing a purchase you waive any right to withdraw from or cancel the transaction after it has been processed.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not screen or vet the background or intentions of our members.
We are not liable for disputes, losses, or injuries that arise from your online or offline interactions with other users.
Please exercise caution and use good judgment when sharing personal information. We encourage you to report any abusive behavior through our in-app tools.
The app may contain links to third-party websites or display advertisements. These are provided for your convenience and information only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, products, or services offered by these third parties. Your interactions with them are at your own risk and governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are committed to continuously improving Kahoyaar U, and as part of that effort, we may release updates to the application from time to time. These updates may introduce new features, enhance existing functionalities, modify or remove certain aspects of the service, fix bugs, address security vulnerabilities, or improve overall performance and user experience. Such updates are essential to keeping the app secure, stable, and enjoyable for all users.
You acknowledge that you may be required to install the latest version of the app in order to continue accessing and using the service. We strongly recommend that you keep your app updated to ensure optimal performance and security, as we do not guarantee that older versions of the app will remain supported or functional.
Kahoyaar U is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability to you, for any claim arising out of these Terms, shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Application.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under law, such as fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kahoyaar U and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Kahoyaar U after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
