By accessing or using Kahoyaar U, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App and delete your account and the application from your device.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the information necessary to deliver, improve, and secure our services. The types of information we may collect include:

Profile & Registration Details: such as your name, username, email address, profile image, gender, date of birth, and third-party authentication identifiers (e.g., from Apple, Google, or Facebook).

• User-Generated Content: any messages, images, or other content you voluntarily submit or exchange through the App.
• Device & Connection Data: including IP address, device model, operating system version, language preference, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), and unique device identifiers.
• Activity & Interaction Logs: records of your in-app actions, pages visited, session duration, login frequency, search history, and referral sources.
• Location Information: approximate location based on IP address or device network settings. Precise GPS location is only collected with your explicit permission.
• Purchase Records: transaction IDs, purchase confirmations, and subscription status from Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process or store full payment card numbers.
• Analytics & Advertising Signals: cookies, tracking pixels (including Meta Pixel), and engagement data used to understand user preferences and measure ad effectiveness.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account, and to enable core features such as matching, messaging, and personalized content delivery.
• To improve and optimize the App’s performance, user experience, and technical stability.
• To respond to your support requests, resolve disputes, and communicate important service updates.
• To analyze usage trends and develop new functionalities that benefit our user community.

• To deliver promotional content and advertisements, where permitted by law, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

3. ADVERTISING

We may display third-party advertisements within the App. To make these ads relevant and useful, we may share aggregated or pseudonymized data with advertising partners (e.g., ad networks and analytics providers). We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

6. DATA RETENTION AND STORAGE

We retain your information only as long as it is needed for the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by law. Our retention practices are as follows:

• Account data (profile, settings): retained until you delete your account, and removed within 30 days thereafter.
• Messages and communication content: deleted within 30 days of account closure.
• Moderation and safety records (e.g., flagged content, screenshots): kept for up to 60 days for security review, then permanently deleted or anonymized.
• Technical logs and device data: retained for up to 60 days, unless extended for investigation or legal compliance.
• Transaction and billing records: retained in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations (typically 5–7 years).

After the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize your data so that it can no longer be linked to you.

7. DATA SECURITY

We take the protection of your information seriously. We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards — including encryption, access controls, and routine security audits — to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

While no online system is completely foolproof, we continuously update our security practices to align with industry standards and applicable laws (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA). 9. SECURITY OBLIGATIONS

By using the App, you agree to respect the integrity and security of our systems. You must not:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable burden on the App’s functionality, servers, networks, or security measures.
• Use any automated tools, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, scrapers, or scripts, to access, extract, monitor, or copy any part of the App or its data without our prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the App.
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or harmful code into the App or its associated systems.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access-control mechanisms of the App.

Violation of these technical obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, as well as potential legal action where applicable.

10.INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We operate globally, and your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are in place to protect your data, consistent with applicable data protection laws.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Kahoyaar U is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, use, or store any personal information from children.

If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our systems. Parents or legal guardians who believe that their child may have submitted personal data to us should contact us promptly, and we will work to verify and remove the data as quickly as possible.

We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activities and to help enforce this policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through our App without their permission.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You also play an important role by keeping your login credentials confidential and logging out of shared devices.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authorities without undue delay, as required by applicable law.
